In compliance with the Transparency in Coverage Rule (TiC), you can access in and out of network detailed pricing data regarding your medical healthcare plan. The following link to our medical network provider’s Machine Readable Files (MRFs) gives you access to detailed in-network and out-of-network costs associated with your plan. In-network information will include rates for contracted providers, services and medical codes. Out-of-Network will include much of the same, however the requirement is limited to historical payments for providers with more than 20 claims in the first 90 of the preceding 180 days need to be included.
