Aaron Ribner

CEO

Aaron is the CEO for Romanoff Renovations, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of Romanoff's brand. As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of Home Improvement experience, Aaron is known for driving growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance. Before joining Romanoff as VP of Operations in 2004, Aaron acted as VP Strategic Business Development at The Home Depot where he played an important role in the growth and financial performance of the company.

Al Perreca

VP of Support Services

Since joining Romanoff in 2010, Al has worked in a variety of positions in both Operations and Support. He currently leads the company's Legal, Development, and Compliance teams. Prior to Romanoff, Al held positions in both retail and home building and remodeling. He lives in the suburbs of Atlanta with his family and enjoys rock climbing, kayaking, wakeboarding and wake surfing and vegetable gardening.

Andrew Rytlewski

VP of Operations

Andrew's shared passion for customer service prompted him to join Romanoff in 2020. Before joining Romanoff as VP of Operations, Andrew spent five years as Director of Asset Management at CHEP where his visionary perspective and thought leadership was instramental in developing vendor relationships as well as leading a nationwide logistics organization. He received a BA in Accounting and Finance from Augusta University and attended Babson College for Graduate School. Andrew is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys bicycle racing and coaching his children's ever-expanding list of sports.

Lee Feagin

VP of Technology

Originally from Columbus, GA, Lee joined Romanoff in 2006 as a software developer. With a background in Computer Science, after graduating from Georgia Tech in 2003, he worked to grow the technology footprint of Romanoff, while bringing the firm to the top of the industry in innovation. Named Vice President in 2019, Lee remains focused on bringing innovation to the forefront to provide the best customer service to Romanoff's customers as well as fostering the growth and futures of Romanoff's technology team.

Leilani Grant

VP of Finance

As a Mississippi transplant to the Atlanta area, Leilani brings over 40 years of unparalleled accounting experience with a focus on building both systems and cohesive teams. Her career includes managing numerous business models in wholesale, retail, and professional services where she has held roles in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Business Management. Leilani joined Romanoff in 2014 where she built and manages a full-scale accounting department. Named VP of Finance in 2020, she and her highly skilled team successfully developed a full-cycle accounting system that provides accurate financial data and payroll processing. Outside of Romanoff, Leilani enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her motorcycle, trail riding in their '74 Bronco, and playing tennis.

Michael Biggiani

Head of Human Resources

Michael's passion for creating a culture of collaboration led him to Romanoff in 2018 after earning his JD and master's degree in business administration from Syracuse University. The key focus for Michael and the HR team is to help all employees succeed in their day to day challenges by providing them with the resources aligned with our core values: Commit to Excellence, Listen, Give Back, Respect for All, and above all else, Do The Right Thing. Prior to joining Romanoff, Michael worked as an HR Consultant for a variety of industries. When Michael isn't working, he can be found spending time with his wife and kids, riding his bike, or playing guitar and drums.

Mike Essen

Head of Business Intelligence

Mike began his professional career in business information with The Home Depot in 2000 as an Analyst. One of his first projects after joining Romanoff in 2005 was building a system that could manage orders and pay installers for work completed. Mike and his team built the backend systems, scoping SqlServer, Exchange and our transformative move to Office 365. He designed an industry leading ERP tool customized to the flooring business. Today that tool manages everything from our customer scheduling to the payment calculations for both Subcontractors and Employees. In 2014 Mike was promoted into his current role where he and his team use data and teamwork to partner with the Operations organization to influence decisions and projects across the company, and at times the Flooring industry.

Amy Kelley

Amy Kelley

Head of Training & Development

Amy is devoted to the growth and success of the Romanoff organization. Before her current role, Amy held multiple operational roles learning the business as a Regional Operations Manager, Site Operations Manager in several locations, and leading the remote customer service teams. As a seasoned professional, Amy has held roles including retail flooring sales, management, products vendor, and trainer throughout the Southeast. Amy's heartfelt dedication to serving the community and helping those in need led her to serve as Chairman of the Board for The Romanoff Foundation since 2012. .

Rudy Reyes, Esq.

General Counsel & Head of Regulatory Compliance and Legal

After receiving his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, Rudy began his professional career implementing safety and compliance infrastructure at a boutique renovations company servicing Boston and greater New England. In 2015, Rudy moved to Atlanta and began working at Romanoff Renovations taking on a key role in the implementation of processes surrounding compliance with OSHA, the EPA, and state Construction Boards; as well as making sure the company follows all Federal, State, and Local laws and guidelines. Rudy works alongside Operations to ensure that claims and legal issues are resolved efficiently and effectively helping resolve situations in a way beneficial to both the company and the customer. He has been a member of the Romanoff Foundation since 2015, and Vice-Chairman since 2018. Personally, Rudy has a passion for travel having visited over 60 countries and is an avid practitioner of Martial Arts training in Muay Thai and holding brown belts in both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo.
